Compass is seeking Team Members for pro bono consulting projects for the the following nonprofits:
Adventure Theatre; Alexandria Seaport Foundation; Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County; The Barker Foundation; The Black Student Fund; City First Enterprises; Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center; Communities In Schools of the Nation’s Capital; Dance Exchange; FACETS Cares; Homestretch; Howard University School of Communications; Iona Senior Services; Kid Power; Main Street Child Development Center; National History Day; National Trust for Historic Preservation – President Lincoln’s Cottage; Perry School Community Services Center; Rosemount Center; Signature Theatre; Volunteers of America Chesapeake; The Washington Ballet; WEAVE (Washington Empowered Against Violence); The Women’s Collective; Wonders Child Care

REQUIREMENTS
Compass Team Members typically spend three to four hours per week from October through May on the project. We do give preference to volunteers with an MBA from one of our partner schools. However, we will place non-MBAs on each team. We also love to see volunteers with experience working in the nonprofit sector, or with nonprofit board experience.
